Hello All I am a beginner with Google Maps API so I apologize if my question is of the simplistic nature. :)
I tried out this thing http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/spreadsheetsmapwizard/makecustommap.htm Signed up for a account to my email address registered the key for localhost and everything went fine. However when i try to publish map to my site i can´t get it to work I created a new email but learned later by browsing here that you only need an account. I didn't read too hard so i signed up for www.mysite.com. When i put my map in my public_html folder on hosting company i couldn't get it to work. So i created one more email adress to get a key to http://mysite.com instead. now when i view map it says key rejected bla bla bla. "This could be because the API key used on this site was registered for a different web site."
