I dont see the GLERL-NL-glwave.kml loaded on that page?

Alas GGeoXml doesn't give you consistent access (if at all) to the
layers contained in the KML file - and it will limit how much is
visible at one time.

Possibly your best option is to try a different KML parser, eg GeoXML
(I don't believe EGeoXml supports folders) - you will probably need to
rig up a proxy as crossdomain requests from JavaScript is hard - so
can load it from your own domain.
