basically arrays depend on both index numbers and names, and http get
names matters so to agree geopt index eg the first either is lat or
lon and standard names. there're inconsistencies between apis so
naturally we either should agree latitude is first index or longitude.
google geopt api has first index. ie case is you get an array with 2
variables, whether default first is lat or long should be good to know
as well as default name ("lon","lng" etc) mutiny.appspot.com, iso
standard, frontend json gmap and appengine geoptproperty should
benefit a compatible harmonization to surely know
a. which coordinate is first when function got 2 coordinate
b. same name throughout to facilitate hamronization either "lon"
everywhere or "lng" or "ln" and likewise "lat"
