I have implemented the Google Maps API into website successfully. Users sign up on the website and enter in their postal code on sign up. The maps then display the local area and list the various locations of users.
The problem is that on sign up I added a check to ensure that a user's postal code was valid. Upon doing this I was flooded with complaints because it seems that the Google Maps API is missing a great deal of Canadian Postal Codes. These same postal codes however I can search on the public Google Maps website without difficulty. Can anyone shed some light on how this might be happening or when Google Maps does it's Postal Code additions or how far behind Google might be on getting all psotal codes implemented? thanks in advance for any help, Devin Tuinstra --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
