Since you've paid for a premier license, you should contact your  
premier representative. They are equipped to deal with exactly this  
sort of issue, and that support is exactly what you are paying for.  
The best we can do in this case is provide advice as non-lawyers about  
the TOS. Your premier representative, on the other hand, should have  
it within his power to provide *solutions*. :)

Additionally, while I do believe that setting up a proxy to handle  
such functionality is possible, but it's probably outside the scope of  
this list. So again, contact your representative, and good luck to
