Not only is it against the Terms, but if you try it and forget to keep your version numbers (the v=46 bit) up to date, then the corresponding Google tile servers will tend to block your users. Once blocked, the tile server will block a user for 24 hours even when they access other maps that use the current version number, or maps.gogle.com.
