Dear Sir, I want to start a web portal, in which i want to use google map and place some (or may be many according to the business) icons and texts on the map.
Although the use of the website is free for the end user, it will be charged to the vendors and advertisers placing an ads, which will be shown as icons and texts on the Map itself. This a commercial website where the charges are taken from the advertisers. Can i use (the free) google map API for this. Is this legal.
