How do I access that data? By analogy to the Lat-Long data, I tried:
$sXML->Response->Placemark->Locality->PostalCode->PostalCodeNumber;
but that is not yields an error.
Also, where is the full structure of the placemark object documented?

If your location has a unique zip code, it will be returned in the
Locality.PostalCode.PostalCodeNumber field of the Placemark.
Some locations have more than one zip code. That typically happens for
roads that pass through more than one zip code and the Google database
doesn't have the exact location for the particular property that you
requested.
