It is a common trouble with mouseovering. It can be avoided by a short
timeout with mouseout.

Call overlay.remove() by mouseout with a 200ms timeout. Clear the
timeout by mouseover of any marker. Also by mouseout, clear the
previous (possibly still running) timeout and start a new one.

and my example is using v3. So we are in totally wrong place but the
problem is quite generic.
