So this is the issue I have. If I define the width, then it works but
it is not dynamic. What I mean is, the way I had it before, you could
resize the page and the width of the map would change accordingly. I
want this to display depending on how wide the monitor is. Another
strange thing is, in IE 8, when you load the page and then hit ctrl f5
the map loads properly. Do you have an idea of how I can set the width
dynamically? I tried using percentages and that didn't work.
