When I went to that map the first time I got a message "Unable to read
page data".  The second time I loaded it I saw what I think you are
calling markers.

The same thing happened on the link above, I didn't see any "markers"
the first time, but a reload caused them to appear.

The same thing happened in both Chrome and IE6, the only 2 browsers I
used.  Must be something going on with GGeoXml.
