Given the same account and the same host, the same key will always be generated. From an outside perspective, Google doesn't keep a database of keys for a certain user. The keys are "connected to your account" in that the account name helps create a portion of the hash that is the key. If you need to know a key you previously generated for some site, just go generate a key for that site again, and the same key will be produced. Likewise, if you wish to stop using a key, just stop using it: there's no need to de-register a key. Is there some particular reason you need a list?
