Just to be clear, I agree that he's probably fine with the spirit of  
the TOS, in regards to sending an actual image, versus a reference to  
an image online (first bad, second good.)

But with that in mind, it seems the TOS should be more clear about  
their intent. That is, "web browser" might not be the best language to  
use there, since it's (somewhat) clear that "web browser" is a) not  
entirely well-defined, and b) possibly not even what is meant.

I really hate getting into pedantic/semantic discussions like this,  
but when it comes to legalese, pedantry and semantics is what it's all  
about. ;)
