I will check out static map api and hopefully it can get me a solution
from there.

Another problem i encounter is the need to have google map api key in
order to embed on other website.
if this is so, then how can i overcome this if i want to allow people
to embed their static map on other website? which will require other
website's api key? ( can someone please enlighten me on this)
