I am using gmaps utility library at this link

for editing functionality in my map.
I am not able to understand the code from lines 630 to 860 which
includes KML parsing . The issue that I am facing is that, even though
in the KML code i provide the width of line as any other value, the
width always remains the same of '3'. and also the color of line in
polyline and polygon always takes a different one from the one
specified in the KML.
I would just like to understadn if there is something that i need to
change in this kml parsing part in the gmaps utility library, so that
it takes any width or color i specify for the line?
