I'm using Windows XP and I am in Europe.
It's been mentioned in another thread that someone was experiencing
problems with KMLs loading OK in Europe, but not in the US.

Something similar happened in the past, when a proxy in Australia
broke down.

This might be one for Dann and Pamela to look into.
