I use the Decoder on Mark McClure's page to convert that to lat/lngs:
http://facstaff.unca.edu/mcmcclur/GoogleMaps/EncodePolyline/

Gives me this:
43.965140000000005, -81.51307000000001
43.992810000000006, -80.73853000000001
43.448930000000004, -80.48035
43.34116, -81.46912
43.96119, -81.51307000000001

And the encoder to convert it back:
c}ikgvoopn}kd{gvcffib...@p`txb`eebxbvqg
