Hello all, I am using a macro to geocode adresses into latitude longitude that uses the google maps API to do so. However, i have had some trouble understanding how the geocoder reads the information i give it. For instance, if i give an adress in the following format and order:
street, house number - city - state - zip - country will it read first the street and look for it then the number, then make sure the city is right? Or will it first read the country? Should i format my spreadsheet so it starts with the reverse information order? Any information on that topic can be useful. This is all for an academic/pro bono thesis so all help would be appreciated!
