Andrew, I am the web administrator working with Randy on the project. I am trying to troubleshoot this issue in our IIS environment. I am running PHP 5.3 and MySQL 5.1.30 and the DOMXML parser is running under the PHP.ini file. Randy and I have been going back and forth for about a week trying to get this to work. When we get one thing working something else breaks. Anyway I ran some tests on the with the phpsqlsearch_genxml.php file by adding the following string: (http://branchlocator.wesco.com/branch_search/phpsqlsearch_genxml.php? lat=39.859207&lng=-77.236626&radius=25) and received the following error:
