Dear Google Map Group Readers. I hope you can help me with an issue I am currently trying to resolve.
We have used an implementation of a Google Maps Asp .Net user control downloaded from www.shabdar.org. This user control and functionality was working fine. Issue -> Around the same time a colleague of mine started implementing a payment system using "Click and Buy" the Google Maps control stopped working and has been throwing an API Key Error. Steps Taken -> Regenerated API Keys for the domain using http and www and all combinations. -> Contacted Sanjay Patel Product Sales Manager to talk to a sales representative about possibly licensing Google Maps API Premier. -not had a response to this issue. Clues -> The Google Maps functionality still works on my localhost, in addition to that the click and buy scripts are not on my local machine. Grey Area -> Where the Google Maps functionality is located is on a free profile page which allows users to search for nearby users. To view this page you are required to register. -> Certain sections of the site are free to view but there is a subscription model in place to view premium content. Questions -> With the content on the profile page and maps functionality being free I believe that we should not be required to pay for Google Maps Premier. Can this be confirmed? -> Has the integration of the "Click and Buy" payment system been automatically detected by Google and the funcitonality been disabled? Any responses to the above questions/situation would be extremely helpful as the current schedule of the project means that the site will go live very soon! LINK - BEWARE this is an ADULT website so just be aware of that! -> http://www.escortmag.com/ProfileView1.aspx Kind Regards -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
