Everything is possible! You just need to add an internmediate point, like: saddr=29.377201,-98.48093+to:2617+Roosevelt+Avenue,+78214 That one works fine if you come from the general direction of Austin.
But since you don't know where they are coming from, that could be a silly detour, so you need to calculate the approximate bearing that they are coming from and have a few different intermediate points that can be added to the route depending on that. -- Marcelo - http://maps.forum.nu -- On Nov 7, 8:11 pm, MattBTay <[email protected]> wrote: > I have an address where the default destination takes drivers over a > large railroad crossing, I would prefer to have them avoid that, what > (if any is the process for altering the default route a user is > displayed when using the directions to/from feature? > > So I guess the question is how to I create a custom set of directions? > Is this even possible? > > here is a current link to the map > > http://www.texasadvertising.net/travelersworldmap/ -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
