Whether you think there is a problem or not, you must realise that a single page of 6Mb will give performance issues for most visitors. They will become bored and move on before your page finishes loading. I counted the "script slow" prompts this time, thirteen. Then another six when zoomed in a couple of levels. I think the mouseMove is getting to your showTooltipRuta() function okay, but the pixel position calculations go wrong.
