Could you please briefly explain this? the link you mentioned above (http://maps.forum.nu/gm_main.html? lat=11.867351&lon=-87.890625&z=3&mType=9 ) is only displaying contours and not any city/state names on it. I need a map just like this one (but for country - India ). Also, it seems to be powered by google. Do we have to use any data to overlay on the map? I can always use dummy data. is it possible? Sorry for the lack of understanding on how the tiles/layers work, but could you please point me in the right direction?
