OK, I understand. On the other hand, the right click should be like a hidden feature addressed to an advanced user (and a changing cursor on mousedown is not so rare). Normally he wants to drag the whole map as he is used with Google Maps. To add a marker at an exact position with the hand cursor is very difficult. An idea could be to let him drag the produced marker to a better position. This would be more intuitive, I think.
