Hi, I have a client who is looking to embed a google map into his
webpage. He wants the user to be able to enter their address, which will allow them to view the roof of their house (satellite mode). An icon then needs to be available inside the google map. Firstly, the user needs to be able to drag the icon so that it is on top of the roof of their home. Secondly, once the icon is on top of the roof of their home, they need to be able to rotate it so that the edge of the icon (rectangular) is aligned to the edge of their roof. This is to determine an angle. Lastly, once the user has manipulated the icon to be in the correct locaiton, I somehow need to be able to determine what the angle actually is, so that the angle value can be somehow sent from the Google Map API to a PHP formula. I'm not sure if this requirement is supported, but any feedback or suggestions would certainly be welcome :) Thanks! -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
