If you mean a Hungarian translation of the documentation, then no. The list of translations is in a dropdown at top right of http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/reference.html You can make the map output its map-type labels, Terms of Use link, control tooltips and so on in Hungarian by using &hl=hu in the calling script tag.
