The objective is to show an marker and denote the region the marker
belongs to. So if you'd zoom into the map you'd get 4 rectangles which
show greater detail, if you zoom in again you'd see one of the 4
rectangles split again to 4 rectangles and so on. Thus limiting the
pans isn't really an option, since you should be able to see more than
4 rectangles on deeper zoom levels. I haven't programmed the next
zoomlevels yet, since i stumbled upon this odd (at least for me)
behavior, i'll add more example links when I got it. Just hoped it'd
be something easy i simply didn't see to disable the repitition of the
polygons like there is for the repetition of the tiles.
