LOL!

That is finding "France" in Epcot Center at Walt Disney World in
Orange County, Florida, USA. How it would think that's what you're
searching for from "Orange, France" is beyond me. It shows the same
location with "France, Orange" which is closer to "France, Orange
County, Florida." The workaround suggested by Andrew looks like a good
idea.
