Maybe, maybe not. If the text messages are input by the users of the
device, it's the same as someone typing in their address. If the text
messages are automatically sent by the device based on a location
sensor, then I'd say yes. Also, since they are sent as street
addresses, there is less likelihood that they are using some kind of
location sensor, unless you consider a person with eyes to be a
sensor. I'd guess this is appropriate as sensor=false.
