The API geocoder doesn't know about the Stockley Park business estate, nor about "The Square". The postcode seems reasonably accurate. http://code.google.com/apis/maps/faq.html#geocoder_differences -- the API geocoder has definitely changed over time, but whether it has improved is debatable.
