I wrote that for openInfoWindow rather than move marker because the page
that you previously linked to didn't have any markers.
The argument passed to the callback is a GStreetviewLocation Object, not
a pair of numbers. Try this:
function onnewlocation(location) {
markerprovisoire.setLatlng(location.latlng);
markerprovisoire.openInfoWindowHtml("...");
}
