Marcelo is a big contributor to this list, and treating him poorly
will not endear you to anyone else around here. Which would you (or
more importantly your employer!) prefer:

1) you realize now that you **may** be violating the TOS and have a
fair chance to do something about it, either by implementing a
different solution, making your implementation freely available, or
acquiring a premier license; or
2) you ignore the problem, Google realizes what you are doing, and
suddenly shuts down your service. You then find yourself in the
position of having a non-functioning implementation, and have to
scramble to accomplish (1) anyhow.

The reason people around here appear somewhat anal about making sure
the TOS are not being violated is because they are already restrictive
enough. Are claims of potential violations always correct? No.
However, if we help people violate said terms, Google will be forced
to put even more strict processes in place, and none of us want that.
The contributors to this list almost *always* strive to make sure the
TOS are being respected before solving any other problems. That is
simply something you'll have to accept if you want the free and highly
knowledgeable help you'll find here.
