I've just discovered a soft to generate isochronous map. Isochrone Builder (http://www.articque.com/solutions/outils-c-et-d/isochrone- builder.html) depends on the algorithm of Microsoft MapPoint, and is able to export the map for several softs, like Cartes & Données (http://www.articque.com/en/products/cd.html), build by Articque.
