Andrew, I am using ASP.net and they do have controls to allow for
hiding the sidebar, it is called a collapsible panel and I will test
that tonight. My only worry is the map resizing correctly. I have the
div set to 100% for width and height. I hope that this will work....

If I still have trouble I will jump on a free hosting place.
