You would be the proxy, in that context. > > > The reason we can't supply the code is we're a premium user whose > > software is marketed towards the British National Health Service. > > You don't have to reveal your secrets. > A link to a simple demonstrator of the "bug" would do the job. > Agreed. But I can't do that during work time and it's a work issue. Plus, I am relatively happy in the belief that would be a waste of other people's time since we have already ascertained the issue occurred without changes to the code. Whilst the code may be a factor, I wasn't looking to have the code fixed but simply a question answered. The rest of the post was just to present a justification for the question. I was not reporting a bug, nor demanding a fix for one. I'm trying to ascertain the facts so I choose how to deal with the issue appropriately. Hence the question. > > > > Remember "Courtesy never hurts, and sometimes helps" [1] > > Have I been discorteous? Where? Condescendingly assuming I can't or choose not to read and condescendingly assuming have no respect for the community. I read and am aware of the community guidelines and which ones I would be showing little concern for if this were a bug report. It wasn't, just a question. Any implication otherwise is discourteous. -Danny > > -- > Marcelo -http://maps.forum.nu > -- > > > > > Regards, > > Danny > > > [1]http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html#id382249 > > > On Dec 15, 1:38 pm, Marcelo <[email protected]> wrote: > > > > Before using the "B.." word, I'd suggest reading > > > this:http://www.catb.org/%7Eesr/faqs/smart-questions.html#id382249 > > > > and > > > this:http://groups.google.com/group/Google-Maps-API/web/suggested-posting-...... > > > > -- > > > Marcelo -http://maps.forum.nu > > > -- > > > > On Dec 15, 2:07 pm, Rushyo <[email protected]> wrote: > > > > > Hi, > > > > > A stable build of one of our applications (utilising version 2 stable) > > > > has encountered some issues from 4-5pm GMT 14th Dec 2009.
