Well, 10.12 is pretty clear. Not allowed to use Content (e.g. geocoding results) without a corresponding map - no mention of map in your product description. Except if permitted in the seperate documentation - you've read that, not found any special exceptions. Indeed it does reinforce 10.12 http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/geocoding/ Or, except if Google give permission - that's not a question we can answer here, you'd have to ask Google.
