It appears you're using Version 3 of the API, and there's another
Group for that where they may be interested:
http://groups.google.com/group/google-maps-js-api-v3/

It works correctly in Firefox and Chrome. Dragging on the text selects
it, it doesn't move the map. If it is a bug, it's likely to be a bug
in IE7.
