Yes, global, as are the zoom functions. Haven't gotten far so there's not much to debug. Here's where I am with it:
http://www.sandrific.com/demo.php Right now, it's zooming on marker click -- fun, but not quite what I wanted to accomplish. Only Sunset and Surfrider have zoom level data.
