As long as you speak English, yes, but as soon as you try for another language the cards are different. Special the manual for API isn't written real clear, also lots of links in these pages just don't work, I did sent a mail about that to Google, but the answer I got was more or less "we don't care" or "we don't have time for that". Once I got the answer with go google for finding information about the subject, it was about their pointers, somewhere in the API is a download link which doesn't work. So I'm afraid Google is very busy with bringing out new things to stay at front of the competition, but they left open the backyard door. So once a thing was not real clear in the API and I did go Googeling(?) for more. This way you end up in the above link. As its the same you don't notice up to now. A lot of things in the API are still not clear or the way how they put it just don't work, or the level of the manual is from two versions back or similar things.
