Not sure what the problem is. You currently have no map type controls at all because you have removed other map types before adding the control. You could simply not add the control. You may be interested in GSmallZoomControl() instead of GSmallMapControl() though. Even the small map control is a bit big on your inset map. And you do need to do something about the invalid HTML. It looks like you have uprooted one page and planted it in the middle of another (you have <head> and <body> elements where you shouldn't have them).
