Hi Rossko, thanks for the response and link. Having followed that it
would appear that Google will not provide full support for SSL with
the free API posted Dec 09 2009. I may now choose to go with Bing as
per other posters.

However, as originally stated I do not really care about the prompt
about page containing secure and unsecure data, I would live with
that.

My problem is that IE just doesn't display the map, it displays a
blank image instead. How can I get this to still display the map.
If I browse the site in HTTP it woks fine.
If I use any other web browser and connect through HTTPS it works fine
(strange eh!) but IE and HTTPS give me the error.

Thanks to Google Analytics I know 90+% of my site visitors use IE so I
need this working.
