The problem is CSS. Firefox doesn't like line 1438 in nuplone.css:
#content img {max-width:100%;}
Removing that directive makes the map appear. Google Chrome has
problems too: the zoom slider doesn't appear, which could be related.
As Chrome is built on Webkit like Safari, you might see that too.
(In case you're wondering, no I didn't trawl through all your CSS.
Firebug makes it easy. Highly recommended)
