Thanks for the suggestion Rossko.  The URL is:
http://emta.availtec.com/Infopoint/traces/bayliner_final.kml

I made another file zoomed out (much larger range value) and it still
displays the same view on google.maps.com. That one is
http://emta.availtec.com/Infopoint/traces/bayliner_final_zoomed_out.kml

It seems to me that GGeoXml service is the culprit here.  I just don't
know how to verify that.
