Hi. We run a business directory (www.freeindex.co.uk) which allows businesses to collect reviews from their clients.
We are being increasinly asked by the businesses on FreeIndex how can they get their reviews off FreeIndex onto Google Local Business (GLB) results. Is there a way of submitting review content to Google? Or does Google decide which reviews it want to get from 2nd tier websites? I have noticed that reviews from Yelp appear here. What does FreeIndex (or any other website) need to do to get their review content into GLB results? All the best.
