Only that it does't accord with Term 9.1. "Generally accessible" is a particular legal construction meaning that anyone can access it from anywhere. You need a Premier licence if you are to stay within the Terms. There are ways around it. Your map application needs to be generally accessible (ie online and open to anyone) but if it could identify who the particular user is then it could tailor what is shown. Andrew
