I've looked at the sample that you provided, and it is VERY  close to
exactly what I need. .

My dilemna is I will not have a Longitude/Latitude for any of my
locations.

Basically, my page will be figuring out a driver route, pulling
ADDRESSES of locations on that route from a database, and then
dynamically creating a map with multiple locations on it.

Your sample would definitely fit the bill, if you can explain how I
can obtain the same results with address only, not longitude/latitude.
