Having been suitably impressed by GeoPhotoShow http://www.geophotoshow.com/flickr/ which displays the location of Flickr geotagged photos, I have attempted to create something similar, albeit low key, myself.
I have managed to create a 'moving'map which displays (up to 100) icons on the map using bounds to parse an xml file. http://www.wiltshire.gov.uk/maps/movemap6.php All is OK until I open up some of the infowimdows nesr the edges of the map. The act of opening the window moves the map slightly, which then refreshes and thus closes the infowindow.
