Yes.
One thing to be aware of is that the code you launch from the onclick of
your checkbox executes in global context, so it doesn't have access to
the local copy of the marker reference. What you have to do is save a
global copy of the marker reference whenever the infowindow opens. Since
there is only one infowindow, you know that global variable will be the
one that's associated with the open infowindow.
