I've got markers that use marker.openInfoWindowHtml('html here').
Pretty straightforward, no delayed database calls, but the info window
is too small in Internet Explorer. And I don't mean a little too
small - it consistently opens at the smallest possible size no matter
what content I open it with. The window displays properly in both
Chrome and Firefox.

Problem is here:

I've added on double click a test info window with the line 'test<br>'
reprinted a bunch of times - again, it loads fine in FF and Chrome,
but fails in IE. I've also added a border on the biggest div so it's
apparent it's not a top level div sizing issue.
