At present your website is under review for malicious content, so I
can't see that page.
Have you tried adding " Mexico" to the end of your query string?
You normally don't need to worry about whether the query string already
contains the word "Mexico" because usually the geocoder copes with that.
Unfortunately ZARAGOZA seems to be a weird exception to that rule:
"ZARAGOZA Mexico" and "ZARAGOZA Mexico Mexico" return one Placemark
each, they're both in Mexico, but they're a long way from each other.
